Trip to India, Oct 2024

In October 2024, Mittelpunkt Personal, represented by Mr. Kraus, made another trip to India. Visiting India has become an annual tradition for us, an opportunity to meet our business partners and strengthen our relationships before the year’s end.

This year, we received a very warm welcome. The participants of our “Von Indien nach Deutschland” project put together a wonderful concert, organized by our partner, Centrepoint Personal.

The performance blended traditional dances and songs with modern pieces. A highlight was the mini-performances in German, prepared by the students of the A1 course. Despite only starting their German studies recently, they demonstrated impressive pronunciation and cultural understanding. It was an honor to engage with the participants personally and present awards to the top students in the German language stream. Watching these young, ambitious individuals take steps toward achieving their dreams was truly motivating.

Our positive impressions were further strengthened by our interactions with the representatives from the Nursing Department at our partner educational institutions, who have been incredibly supportive of the project. We had the opportunity to discuss future plans in person, which is always more productive and impactful. It’s exciting to see the growing interest in the project, with 8 groups currently enrolled.

The opening of the Department of German language studies was the highlight of our trip this year. We acknowledge the invaluable contribution of our amazing German tutors, who balance strictness in teaching with a willingness to support students through any challenges. With such a dedicated team, we are confident in the future success of the Department of German language and the continuous growth of interest in the project. The Department’s library will soon be stocked with all the essential learning materials.

We are committed to staying as close as possible to our participants, because without trust, confidence in the project – and in our shared future – is not possible. To strengthen those bonds, we not only had meaningful conversations with our students, but also arranged a meeting with their parents, where we could address any questions or concerns. In India, family ties are deeply valued, and it’s something we respect and honor.

A special thanks to our partners, Animish Thacker & Haresh Udeshi, whose support made all of this possible.
